At our service of Holy Communion you will be invited to the front of church where you will be offered a small piece of (gluten free) bread and a small glass with a mouthful of non-alcoholic wine (or a blessing if you do not wish to receive bread and wine).  
If you are not physically able to come forward, please let a Steward know and the Minister will bring the bread and wine to you in your seat.

All are welcome to receive the bread and wine at Holy Communion, including members of other Christian denominations.
